We need the plarn that is already cut and tied - we are overflowing with plastic bags! If you would like to do that and send it to us, we would be delighted! We need 6", 3" and 1 - 1 1/2" wide strips. The 6" is for bed mats made on looms, 3" is for the crocheted bed mats and the 1 - 1 1/2" are for the crocheted totes and other items. If you are making them, please make each ball the same color and please don't make balls larger then 4" across. (We have to be able to get the plarn through the loop to attach it to the project.)

The Lafayette Plarn Project is looking for 6-8 of these Martha Stewart looms (no longer sold). Turns out we can weave bags (using plarn!!!) for the pillows that are given out with the sleeping mats. Might you have one sitting on a shelf somewhere that's not being used?
